Thai Binh is a seasoned executive with over 23 years of experience in large-scale industrial sectors, including power, construction, and automation. For the past six years, he has specialized in the end-to-end management of renewable energy assets within the Vietnam and Laos markets, overseeing the full project lifecycle from greenfield development and power purchase agreement (PPA) negotiations to construction and long-term operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Quoc Vinh Soc Trang (QVST) Wind Power Plant and Business Development Manager for Ecotech Vietnam, he possesses a robust professional network and deep regulatory knowledge of the Southeast Asian energy landscape. His expertise lies in navigating complex project finance structures, managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and driving the commercial viability of utility-scale wind and solar portfolios.
