Phil is a Senior Programme and Project Manager with extensive expertise in commercial procurement, contract administration, and infrastructure execution within the renewable energy, civil, and maritime sectors. He possesses a uniquely versatile perspective of the project lifecycle, having successfully directed complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives from within Client, EPC/Main Contractor, and specialized Subcontractor organizations. A core pillar of Phil’s value is his deep commercial and contractual acumen. He is highly proficient in navigating, negotiating, and administering complex engineering contracts, with extensive hands-on experience utilizing NEC4 (PSC, ECC, TSC), IChemE (Red, Yellow, Orange, Silver), and bespoke contract models. During his tenure at major infrastructure entities like Associated British Ports and ENGIE Fabricom UK, he served in critical leadership capacities, including Head of Procurement and Category Lead for Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.
