His technical background is grounded in electrical and electronics maintenance, providing a robust foundation for managing complex mechanical and electrical systems during the construction phase. Throughout his career, Özgen has led installation teams and ground operations for major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including Vestas, Nordex, GE, Siemens Gamesa, Enercon, and Goldwind.
